The production time depends on the complexity of the product and the current order volume. We will provide you with the production time in our quotation.
We currently deliver within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria.
We ship our products with reliable shipping providers (Swiss Post). Shipping costs are included in the price for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For deliveries to other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Note: Deliveries to the EU are subject to additional import duties, which are not included in the price.

The trees are delivered in a cardboard box made of recycled cardboard with the following dimensions and weights.
Tree 0.5m = 55 x 12 x 6 cm, 1.5 kg
Tree 1m = 100 x 24 x 6 cm, 5.0 kg
Tree 1.5m = 100 x 24 x 12 cm, 10.8 kg
We generally ship via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The trees are handcrafted in our factory in Switzerland.
No. The trees are intended for indoor use.
Probably not. It's a natural product; wood is constantly changing, it can warp, develop small cracks, or splinter.
The delivery includes the individual parts of the tree and the necessary tools.
Leider ist das Bäumchen nicht sehr stabil, weil ich den Stab nicht bis ganz unten drücken konnte. Für eine alte Frau war es etwas schwierig, das Bäumchen zusammenzubauen. Jetzt steht es, aber wackelig.....
